Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses AR Photobooth: businesses with an account (operators and resellers) and guests who use a booth at an event. By using the platform you agree to them.

Accounts

• Access is by application. We review every application and may approve, reject, pause or close an account.
• You are responsible for the people you give access to (staff, crew) and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Information you give us must be accurate.

Running events

• As an operator or reseller, you are responsible for your events: telling guests how photos are used, getting any consent the law requires (including for children), and following local law.
• You may only upload logos, frames and content you have the right to use.
• You must not use the platform to identify people from their faces, or for content that is illegal, hateful or sexual.

Guests

• Use the booth only for yourself and people who agree to be in the photo.
• AI results vary and may not look exactly like you. You can delete your photos from the page your QR code opens.

AI and availability

AI styles need an internet connection and depend on third-party AI services. We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not promise that every AI result will succeed or that the service will never be interrupted. Photos, prints and QR codes are designed to keep working offline at events.

Fees

Prices and payment terms are agreed with you before you use paid features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
